Delete your account
This deletes your Alex account and personal data, and cancels any active subscription.
What happens: your data is archived for 30 days (then up to 35 more days in backups) before permanent deletion. A minimal health-screening safety record is kept for 3 years, and payment records for 6 years, as UK law requires. Your Dexcom/LibreView login is deleted immediately, not after 30 days.
